We are looking for a new colleague Assembly and Testing Process Engineer for Division I at our location of ZFPS, Beijing.Your tasks:Responsible for assembly and testing standard process setting up and training.Create and optimize work instruction, FMEA, CP and related SAP data.Arrange trial and standard produce of new production and define standard work time with related department. Analyze the quality problem with fish bone chart,5-why, find the root cause and make measures.Maintain the equipment, fixture and spare part, purchase auxiliary material.Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency.Design and improve fixture to give better support to production.Lead 8D project, now product project and cost down project.Responsible for regular technical training.Perform other duties as assigned.Your profile:Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanic or related.At least 3 years assembly experience of mechanical production.Ability to work under pressure.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.Proficiency with SAP and MS-Office.Be part of our ZF team and apply now! 职能类别：产品工艺/制程工程师
